What's going on?
The Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (NEPR) has approved private industrial renewable energy projects, that is, on a large scale.
The lack of transparency of the NEPR does not allow us to know what these projects are and where they will be located. The ones we know are on agricultural land. We have enough roofs to produce the energy we consume. We need more access to solar energy, without losing our agricultural land.
